Losing My Religion

Everything that I cared about.
All is gone.
I am left with nothing.

Love can change in the blink of an eye.
Years of friendship can be turned to dust like they never existed.
Years of happiness turn to pain when you find out it was all a lie.
Honesty is an illusion.
Truth is an illusion.
A smile is a lie.
A tear is a lie.
Respect is an illusion.
Even sex is an illusion.
Everything is fake.
Everything.

Humans are one big fucking lie.
They will crush your soul and smile all along.

I can't go on believing in nothing.
